Hydrotherapy, also known as aquatic therapy, involves movement and exercises in a purpose-built hydrotherapy pool. Because of the warm water and added buoyancy, children can explore new movements and improve strength – all whilst having fun! Clinical Pilates

We offer a range of adult clinical Pilates classes, each carefully curated with your movement goals in mind. Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise that can bring a number of benefits, including increasing strength, and relieving tension, and is a very effective way to create a mind-body connection.
