How long have you worked at Therapy Stars?

Since spring 2021.

Relevant Industry Experience:

Worked at the RJAH as a therapy support worker on MCSI and also on outpatients by the hospitals hydrotherapy pool.

Relevant Industry Qualifications:

Studying a BSc degree in Physiotherapy at Wrexham Glyndwr University.

What do you enjoy about your job?

I love seeing the children enjoy the water and progress through their physio plan to reach their goals.

What do you enjoy about working for Therapy Stars?

I love working with the team. Everyone made me feel so welcome when I started and the support is great.

What are your interests outside of work?

My hobbies are training and physical activities such as running and biking. I love a day hiking the mountains or and other outdoor activity. I also love spending time with my two children.

If you weren’t in your current job role/career, what would you be?

Hopefully a fully qualified physiotherapist in 2.5 years time. I always wanted to be to be a paramedic or work in the police force.

What is your hidden talent?

Not sure if its much of a hidden talent, but I have been known to sing at weddings and a few christenings.

Brief Biography:

Originally Swedish but moved over to UK aged 19, in hunt for adventures. Ended up married with children who are now 12 and 14. I grew up in a very close family with dogs and competition horses. Also competed in athletics and played football until age 18. Very active but also loves watching films with kids.
