Long Term Packages T&Cs

By signing up to one of the Therapy Stars Long-term  

packages, you are agreeing to the following terms and  

conditions: 

• All Direct Debit contracts last for 12 months. 

• By setting up a Direct Debit you are responsible for paying full payment  of fees for your chosen package, regardless of whether you/your child  attends.  

• By paying for your package in full up front, you are still agreeing to the  terms and conditions of the Therapy Stars Packages.  

• Any sessions cancelled with more than 24-hours notice can be reused at  another time.  

• Any sessions cancelled with less than 24-hours notice will count against  your session credit.  

• Sessions do NOT have to be limited to one per week/month/fortnight. • If all session credits are used prior to 12-month period ending, add-on  sessions can be purchased separately.  

• Any session credits can NOT be carried over at the end of the 12 months  period.  

• Your Package will be automatically renewed at the end of the 12-month  period unless you contact us to cancel/amend it with more than 1 month’s  notice.  

• You can contact us at any time for an update about how many session  credits have been used or you have left.
