I have Twenty-one years’ experience of working successfully with people with a range of Learning Difficulties & Disabilities. I gained a lot of experience from working for the west midlands ambulance service as a first res-ponder. I have been a Lifeguard for 21 years and a trainer assessor for 15 years, during this time I have gained qualifications within this role such as a First aid specialism, ATSPRA Trainer assessor, Open Water trainer Assessor. I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their best. When i’m not working I travel across shropshire assessing Lifeguards, spend time with my family and paddle board.
