The information below is a guide to Therapy Stars fees. Please note that these fees may differ slightly dependent on your child’s needs. If you require any further information, please contact us.


An assessment will usually take 60 minutes, but may be slightly more or less, dependent on each child. The fee includes all parts of the assessment, discussion about the assessment and any advice/exercises that may be given, both verbally and in written form.

Follow-Up Treatment sessions£65

Follow up sessions may take 45-60 minutes. This will be discussed with you by your Therapist. Follow up sessions also include any verbal/written advice plus written home exercise programmes if appropriate. It also includes some administration and liaison such as phone calls/emails as well as record keeping. If your child requires longer/shorter sessions, this may also be available. Please contact us to discuss a fee.

Case Management

For all Case Management work, please contact us for an individual quote.


Formal reports and/or liaison may be required for Education Statements, at your child’s GP/Consultant’s request or for your personal information. These will be charged for accordingly but will always be discussed and agreed with you first.

Other charges

Charges will also apply for attending formal meetings, e.g.: School reviews. Some forms of treatment may incur extra charges e.g.: taping, hydrotherapy.

These will always be discussed and agreed with you prior to any arrangements being made.


For travel a charge of 50p per mile will be added to the fee. This is calculated either from our base (LL13 0JT) or from the nearest available Physiotherapist. This will be worked out using AA route planner and discussed with you prior to your first appointment. Please contact us for a quote.


Payment can be made via BACS (bank) transfer, Cheque or Cash. Card payment cannot be accepted at this time. All payments need to be settled on or prior to the day of assessment/treatment when possible. Invoices/receipts are available if required.


Please contact us as soon as possible if you and your child are unable to make an appointment. We will try to rearrange as soon as possible. In some cases, if you have not given more than 24 hours notice you will be charged the full fee.
